Bastille Market?

Is this only on Sundays? About what time does it get going? Thanks!

Thusdays and Sundays.

Gets going early. Starts around 7am Finishes 2.30pm Thursdays 3pm Sundays. You need to get there before lunch. The earlier the better. by 9am it is in full swing.

I went on a Sunday morning and enjoyed it so much! It was fascinating to me to watch how people shop for their food. Everything is so fresh and beautifully presented. It is a far cry from an American grocery store. I bought food and took it to Places des Vosges and sat on a bench to eat it!!

One of my fav things in Paris. We found it on accident when we went in Jan. Some venders close around 1, so get there early. We got there at 11 %26amp; it was great! I would have gone earlier if I had known about it! Try the tandoree chicken! OMG! The best chicken I ever had! We ate it right there on a bench!

I%26#39;m actually renting an apartment and arrive Saturday evening, so I thought I%26#39;d head over on Sunday morning to get some cheese and other items for the week, and also ingredients to cook one really nice dinner at %26quot;home.%26quot; Thanks!

Hi, Will arrive in Paris on Easter Sunday and my appartment is in Le Marais. Do you know if the Bastille market is open Easter%26#39;s Sunday?

well, not to be a contrarian, but I wanted some stuff from this market before leaving for the airport - and many of the stalls dont open until 9am on Sunday.

I had to hover around the foie gras counter and the bread/pastry one (that has the amazing apricot tartes) for them to set up....
