G%26#39;day,
I will soon be driving around Europe and I will also be going to see the Monaco GP on race day. I hear the best way to get into Monaco is by taking a train from Nice. Due to budget and availability I won%26#39;t be staying in Nice over this weekend, but since I have wheels I was thinking of parking up in Nice for the day and taking the train into Monaco.
Would really appreciate it if anyone has any idea on parking availibilty in Nice during this time, is it likely I will find some? I have also researched and found that I may be able to pre book a car park like Parc Thiers on

Does anyone think this is a good way to go??
Any tips/advice is appreciated, thank you

I%26#39;ve never done this, but I%26#39;d expect that if you can pre-book a parking space on the day of the race, it would be a good idea. Anything to make your experience smooth.

We used the Thiers car park a couple of years ago - prebooked online - and we had no problems at all. It%26#39;s also next to the station so very handy for the GP. Trains to Monaco over the race weekend are usually packed but it%26#39;s the best way to get there.

Thankyou for your replies, very much appreciated... and very prompt too!
I will definetely look at pre-booking a car parking space for the day.
