My family (6 adults %26amp; 3 kids) will need an airfare on May 30 from Venice to Paris. I checked Myair.com- ORY airport %26amp; easyjet.com-CDG airport. Any more suggestions or comments on these 2 aircrafts? thanks

Check the baggage restrictions carefully. Cut-price airlines often have an extra charge for *any* checked baggage (%26quot;hold baggage%26quot;), a baggage allowance that is much smaller than on trans-Atlantic flights, and high charges for excess baggage.

Thank%26#39;s for the reply. I know..... the baggage part is the reason why I haven%26#39;t booked the flight yet. I%26#39;m trying to understand the baggage policy of these airlines. They both charge 9 euros for each baggage if you book online but double if you pay at the airport. Their baggage allowance is not that much either. My Air allows 160x160 cm dimension but Easy Jet does not specify any. We are coming from a 12 day cruise from Rome to Venice so it%26#39;s really hard to tell what our baggages will weigh after the cruise. Anyway, I didn%26#39;t really read anything about strollers. We will bring 2 strollers. Are they considered %26quot;hold baggages%26quot;? Did you try these airlines? Thanks

To answer your last question, this is from Easyjet%26#39;s website:
Can I take my buggy/ pram/ travel cot into the cabin with me?
Please note that easyJet hand baggage regulations state that passengers are allowed to take onboard one piece of hand baggage. Although restrictions are being relaxed at some UK airports, easyJet will not consider changing its hand baggage policy until the rules and procedures at the majority of UK airports become clearer and more consistent.
Pushchairs, buggies, and travel cots can be taken right up to the aircraft steps and/or door, where they will be taken by cabin crew and stored in the hold. You can however check it in with your baggage at check-in, if you wish to do so. Full size, non-collapsible prams cannot be accepted for travel.
Pushchairs, prams and travel cots do not form part of the baggage allowance and therefore no fee will be charged.
