Arriving Tuesday August 4-Hotel Regina
Departing Monday August 10
Tuesday-Arrive. Open day-get aquainted-whatever meets our fancy
Wednesday-Louvre Morning or evening, with walk to Notre Dame
Thursday-Trip to Versailles, possible morning half day. Transfer(inter shuttle or train)Afternoon-shopping
Friday-Evening show at Moulin Rouge. Should I do just show or dinner and show. Afternoon to Invaliades
Saturday- Markets, walk to Tower
Birthday dinner Jules Verne Eff. Tower, say 8:00PM
Sunday-Another open day.

I also have my itinerary (first time) and it looks like we are going to do everything you mentioned in one day :) just kidding!
According to most posters here, the Seine River ride is great and romantic!
I am going to mention what I read somewhere: The Jules Verne dinner is just ok - not great. The view, of course, should be fantastic.
