Hello
I know I am leaving this a bit late in the day but can anyone answer a few questions please.
we arrive on Friday night at CDG and are staying next to the Gare du Lyon so should we take a shuttle bus or take a taxi(there are 4 of us - 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 6)
Has anyone been to the cite des enfants - is it worth a trip for the age group of my children?
Should we take a batobus from the Eiffel tower to notre dame or a bateaux mouche?
Does anyone know of any good pizza restaurants near the gare du lyon?
Many thanks

Last year I decided to save some money and instead of taking the bateaux mouche and metro, I took batobus, and thought that I would change the metro by the river.
It was a mistake, as tranportation batobus is boring because there are many stops and it takes a long time in each one. If you want to know the Seine River it is not so good because you don´t have audioguides and the lenght of the river that you navigate is shorter than the bateaux mouche cruise. I would warn you to get the bateaux mouche ticket.

That%26#39;s really helpful - thank you - will avoid the Bat-o-Bus

I suggest taking a taxi. I actually think it will be as cheap or cheaper than taking a shuttle since there are 4 of you. The one thing you might check is whether you have to pay for two small children if you take a shuttle. But even if they were free, the cost wouldn%26#39;t be that different and in a taxi you wouldn%26#39;t need to make additional stops, etc. You also wouldn%26#39;t need to call the shuttle when you arrive at CDG (some shuttles you call upon arrival and some are waiting for you).
I say take a taxi and get on with your day.
