Where to stay the night before the ferry home with children?

I am looking to book either a hotel,B %26amp; B or anything! for the night before our journey home. The only problem seems to be that I have 2 children and I would like some where to have a meal or food of some kind..

Could anyone help?

I am willing to travel up to an hour out of Dunkerque.

Thanks

Just at the entrance to the Channel Tunnel in Calais (30 minutes from Dunkerque) there is a complex with 3 Ibis group hotels called Coquelles. It%26#39;s right next to Cite D%26#39;Europe shopping centre which has a food court with all the usual suspects (Pizza, burgers etc) and if you have space left you can get some booze at the shops there.

One of the hotels is a suite hotel so you could also cook something yourself there, but maybe that%26#39;s not what you want (maybe breakfast though)!

Thanks for the info. I will give it a try.

Also in Dunkerque about 10 minutes from the port is a Campanile Hotel (think it is the Grande Synthe as there are two in Dunkerque) that I have stayed in before. They do food in the evening and a buffet breakfast. It is ideal if travelling next day.
