paris in a day

I will be in Paris for one full day (last minute decision just to see it while I%26#39;m in Europe) and would potentially like to see the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Jim Morrison%26#39;s grave, the Arc d%26#39;Triomphe and maybe a short tour of the louvre (Mona Lisa and maybe some other key things, nothing extensive, not an art person). Is this possible? I know it%26#39;s a long shot and will be a BUSY day but any ideas on an order/places that are nearer to each other?

Thanks.

Do the Eiffel tower first then the Pere Lachaise cemetery then back to the Arc de Triomphe (all that by metro so check a metro map on the internet) then, from the Arc, walk down the Champs Elysees to the Concorde square, enter the Tuileries gardens, walk to the Louvre (don%26#39;t bother entering, it would take too long, the art in the Louvre is not about Paris and you aren%26#39;t an art person) and cross it--walking East past the pyramid) all the way to the other side. Then turn right to reach the river Seine and keep walking East until you see the Ile de la Cite. Go there and visit Notre Dame then cross (on your right when facing N.D.)the other branch of the Seine and zig zag along some of the little streets going back WEST to St Germain des Pres. If it is still early enough you can take the Metro and find your way to the Marais. Are you actually sleeping in Paris for 2 nights? or are you landing early and leaving late on the same day? I hope that you will buy a guidebook or at the very least look on the internet for maps of the areas I mentioned. Don%26#39;t %26#39;forget to stop every so often in a cafe for a good while to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Paris.

Thank you! I am sleeping there for two nights so I will have the entire day. I will definitely check out the maps. Thanks again.
