Hotel with Free mini bar

I could have sworn there was a hotel in Paris that provided a free mini bar with non-alcohol drinks.

If anyone has info on this hotel please post it here.

Do you have any other helpful descriptions? Some of us like to play detective. And I guess you%26#39;re saying the minibar has drinks at no charge for you to consume.
