I need to know if i can squeeze, louvre, notre dame, moulin rouge, eiffle %26amp; socre de etrus(not sure with the name but a mansion up on the hill) in 1 day?
then day 2, going to disneyland
day 3 going shopping, can anyone recommend the best place
please help me to alter my plan if needed.

You can of course. I would start early with the Eiffel Tower as the queues to go up it build up quickly. Leave as much time as you can for the Louvre as it can easily take up 2 whole days.
For Shopping there are lots of big shops in Boulevard Haussmann but I prefer the area around St Germain des pres where you find the Le Bon Marche store.

I have to tell you that your schedule is heart breaking to me--hurry up and fit Paris into one day so you can visit Disneyland and go shopping. However, I realize it is your trip and you get to do it the way you want.
I suggest doing Notre Dame first, then visit the Louvre (and go on their website and figure out what you want to see there or you will just waste a lot of time wandering around and see very little--I have done that myself too). Then head to the Eiffel Tower. From there go to either the Moulin Rouge show (if it is time for the show to begin) or go to Sacre Coeur (it%26#39;s a church, not a mansion). Whichever one you do first, then do the other one afterwards. I think Sacre Coeur is open until about 11pm.

Moulin Rouge is very expensive and considered rather tacky. However, as always, it is your choice. You can go for dinner and a show or just for the show much later at night. This might fit in your tight schedule.
Sacre Coeur (Sacred heart) is a Catholic Church dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. You may not take photos inside and must act respectfully and quietly. It is high up and has a good view of Paris and is close to the very touristy areas of Montmartre such as Place du Tertre and the area on the steps in front is very crowded but sometimes quite fun with music and singing. I prefer the area around Abbesses Metro a bit lower down.
The Louvre is very large and you would need to choose what areas you want to see before you go. Most people want to see Mona Lisa, the Winged Victory of Samothrace and the Venus de Milo but the place is full of magnificent art from across the world and you could easily spend weeks there.
The Eiffel Tower is easily seen but you have to queue to buy tickets and to go up in the lift. It might take a big chunk out of your day. maybe go as soon as it opens.
