La Conciergerie ComboPass, worthwhile?

I am going to paris soon and wondered if the ComboPass can be trusted. It seems to good to be true!!

Do you mean the Saint-Chapelle/Conciergerie discount ticket? It is for real. However, the Conciergerie isn%26#39;t that exciting. If you will be in Paris at least a week, perhaps it is worth your time to see the Conciergerie. Otherwise, I suggest just seeing Saint-Chapelle and moving on. (I have seen the Conciergerie. I guess I am glad that I did see it but, at the same time, I would put it at the bottom of my list of sights to see.)

No, I should have been more clear. I Apologise.

What i mean is the ComboPass for all the museums etc in paris found at paris.conciergerie.com

It seems too good to be true i wondered if it could be trusted?

Hi!

We are going to Paris 6th April and have bought the ComboPass. It arrived at our UK address no problem!

As we are going to visit most of the main attractions, plus use metro etc I think it is very good value for money. If you research where you want to go and add up all the entrance fees you do save money with this pass. We also got a seperate Louvre pass and a river boat trip with the pass.

Have a good trip!

Chris

I suggest you consider getting a museum pass, no need to buy it in advance parismuseumpass.com/en/pass_presentation.php

this pass doesn%26#39;t include the Eiffel Tower and transportation, but is still better value.

There is no real need to get tickets for boat cruises in advance, unless you buy them through the Vedettes du Pont Neuf website (www.vedettesdupontneuf.com/), they have to be used within 12 months and cost 7 E instead of 12 E.

It%26#39;s not a terrible deal, but not a particularly good one either.

If you%26#39;re not arriving in the middle of the week, it%26#39;s cheaper by about 9 euros to buy everything separately (museum pass, Navigo Decouverte, Carte Orange, Seine cruise). You also get one extra day of Metro use. You would also save another 5.50 euros by getting your Carte Orange for only zones 1 and 2 - you most likely won%26#39;t need zone 3. Although I suppose a combo pass is slightly more convenient, and you may break even if you use all of their %26quot;Special Discounts and Offers%26quot;.

You also have to determine how much you really will be using the Metro, as this may make the whole thing a waste of money compared to just buying carnets...

I bought the combo pass from them, there is an additional charge of Euro 12 to be delivered to your hotel.

The delivery is before your hotel arrival date and as soon as you check in into the hotel, you can get the parcel directly. What i can gain is convenience and save the trouble of talking in french which I personally have problem.

What my advise is do include the Paris to Versailles Round Trip RER Ticket at Euro 6 if you plan to go there. The zone 1 to 3 paris visit pass does not include the transport to Versailles.
