Modern/Contemporary French Restaurant Recommendation

My husband and I want to have a wonderful dining experience but we want to be sure we choose from an appropriate list of establishments based on our criteria:

1. I am a foodie and I am very much into a more modern take on classical cooking. In other words modern or contemporary french.

2. No bistros

3. Pre Fixe menu no more than 200-250 Euros per person

4. Fun, modern atmosphere with good service. Not too stuffy though.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Les Bouquinistes comes to mind.

Now that I think about it, Atelier Maitre Albert, another Guy Savoy restaurant comes to mind as well. Although technically Maitre Albert is called a baby bistro, the interior is quite modern, not what I think of a bistro at all.

Never been, but I%26#39;ve heard good things about Ze Kitchen Galerie http://www.zekitchengalerie.fr/ and Monjul. Both are French with an Asian/ Southeast Asian twist, incorporating flavors such as lemongrass, chilies, coriander, etc. into classical French cooking methods.
