best breakfast in paris?

greetings

i will be at paris form the 19th to the 25th of january in order to propose.i am thinking of treating my fiancee tha best possible breakfast the day of the proposal.although i have daily breakfast at the hotel i would like something special and not too far away from the hotel(hotel bassano near champs elysees).i was thinking about plaza athenee but i don%26#39;t know if they accept non hotel clients for breakfast and what the cost might be.i am open to suggestions and if please include the price estimation of he breakfast.thank in advance

Very pretty is also the 4 seasons George V. It is worth going just for the flowers.
