Drive from Dieppe to Paris

My question has a few parts, so here goes.

1. Is there a reliable car rental company in Dieppe. We will be coming over on the ferry and plan to drive to Paris.

2. Can you return the car outside Paris and take a train or bus into the city. Where would be the best drop off place?

3. Are there any interesting towns or sights along the way that we should take a look at?
