Any experience with thierry-de-gorostarzu.com apartments?

A friend booked an apartment for a week starting late December, but is nervous about it. (Not much is available then!) Have not found any reviews, good or bad, so all she has to go by is the website. They don%26#39;t take credit cards or pay pal.

The lady booking is %26quot;Isabelle%26quot; but she doesn%26#39;t seem to be the same as the lady running %26quot;Isabelle%26#39;s apartments.%26quot;

Did she rent the apartment? We are getting ready to go to Paris next week and loved the look of the apartment...but are a little nervous as well. Any information would be appreciated!
